A Basic Mechanics

  1. Ambience air moves into the first stage of compression through the inlet valve.
  2. Air got pushed by the first stage impeller centrifugal force causing them to accelerate rapidly straight into the diffuser changing the velocity into pressure then moves onto the first stage intercooler.
  3. High temperature air moves into the first stage intercooler and exchange heat with cool water and insulation fin inside. The straight tube inside intercooler enables easy water movement and ease of cleaning to maintain the heat exchange efficiency.
  4. The cooled air flows out of the first intercooler into the rust resistant section. The 90o design separate water from the air (eliminating the needs of demister-pad fog remover that requires high maintenance cost). The cool water will be released into the drain valve below the intercooler.
  5. The air will then move onto the second stage valve repeating the compression process through the second diffuser and inlet scroll.
  6. After that, the air moves into the second intercooler and repeat the same process then move onto the third stage impeller, diffuser, and inlet scroll.
  7. High temperature and pressure air from the third compression then move into the aftercooler and out of the machine into the system.
